IMO, he is struggling to stay upright because he is hypoxic; and, he is spinning about the tank because he is trying to breathe. If he has been like this for a week, I would do some medication immediately after a partial water change; follow the steps I gave in the prior post. WebI change the water once per week, around 20% - 25% every time. I did google to see if there is any good advise that I should take. It looks like this might cause by swim bladder disease, and some people recommend to raise the water temperature in the tank, and do not feed him for couple of days, then feed him with cooked and de-shelled peas.
