Web14 apr. 2024 · In Fig. 6(a), we show the influence of the Joule heating effect on the fluid's velocity for different values of γ θ, and considering S T, 0 = 6.94, κ 0 = 50, α = 1, and β = (0.25, 1, 2). Due to the temperature-dependent viscosity, the fluid's velocity increases proportionally to γ θ, allowing the fluid to flow faster. Webdesign constraints for cost-effective 3D manufacturing are discussed along with their impact on the thermal–electrical co-optimisation problem. The implications of the physical design and manufacturing constraints are illustrated using various block-level floorplanning and thermal–electrical co-optimisation trends in the many-core processor.
