They started harmlessly enough – formed in 1964 by singer Phil May and guitarist Dick Taylor (straight after he left “The Rolling Stones”), they should have conformed to the suburban, white boy, proto-R&B ethic – but they didn’t. WebbThe Pretty Things 'The Same Sun' 7" EP vinyl - crustacean 83 sold out OK, so I might be a bit biased as The Pretty Things are quite simply my favourite band - ever - and it's so good to have them back on FdM.
